Mizpe Hayamim by Isrotel exclusive

hotel is beautiful. surrounding grounds and view spectacular food is spectacular tried to change dates of stay; i am frequent Isrotel Exclusive customer and spent hours of phone calls, emails, on hold, and told 'i'll have someone call you' or transferred to more numbers of no answer. customer service of Isrotel just abysmal. and this at 2,000 nis a night. I will never book again via Isrotel website (zero response) and will seek alternatives to teh Isrotel line whenever possible because of the non-existent customer service

We had a great time, our room was upgraded but the staff overlooked my request for hypoallergic pillows that caused a terrible allergy for me and really ruined my second evening. most of the time the food was great, the dinner in the main dining room is not as good as the other restaurant. The facilities are extraordinary and walking the grounds is so special. The staff is wonderful and very helpful

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The facilities are in excellent condition. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is of the highest quality. We will return!

The hotel is beautiful and renovated. The room is spacious and lovely. The food is delicious!! Don't give up about the hotel's restaurant!! Unfortunately, there was no flexibility about the check in or check out hour. We felt no effort to help us with that issue, although we wanted to pay for the extra hours. From 5 stars hotel I would expect a better service.

Nice place and a very welcoming staff. As a vegan, I was offered food that suited my requirements, but still felt my options were more limited than in others hotels in the Isrotel exclusive collection. All in all it was a nice vacation

Very good stay. They dining room was preordered, so we needed to eat in hours that didnt suite our wishes.

The hotel is very comfortable, quiet and clean. The food - breakfast and dinner is good and of very high quality, although for meat dishes you need to reserve a place in the steakhouse next door. The pool and gym were great as well.

the hotel was open not long ago so the condition of the rooms and public area is pleasing. the view is beautiful and the setting is charming. breakfast was very good, fresh and local tasty products. the staff is welcoming and the service is good , however one can expect for better service. for example there is no proper turn down service. when we cam back in the evening it seems someone was in the room (they replaced the towels ) however the room was not tidy at all and was not cleaned. also, no one is keeping the smoke free regulation and people smoke on the pool balcony with out any staff member to ask them not to. Also being defined by itself as a spa hotel where the main purpose of the guest is to relax, you expect the management to ask people not to speak loudly over the phone -but unfortunately this was not attended and it was sometime difficult to enjoy the hotel as people were speaking loudly over the phone next to you.

Excellent stay. highly recommended.
