Drury Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven

We stayed at this Drury twice previously and were completely satisfied with those visits. Unfortunately our stay this timewas interrupted by a strange incident. While watching TV from 8-11pm (World Cup Soccer) we felt an unusual vibration that seemed to affect the building, our room, and our beds. We reported the situation to the desk clerk the next morning, but she was unaware of the problem. We spoke to her again later and she indicated another guest reported the same issue and comped our stay. This compensation was appreciated, but without an explanation of the cause of the strange vibration, I am reluctant to consider staying at this facility again.
