The supervisor/manager was helping the front due to multiple people waiting to check in/out and she was superb with her customer service skills. The food and service was great.

It was around a lot of eating places and shopping malls

Too many guest that didn’t stay there in the pool area drinking and cussing around kids. My children couldn’t enjoy themselves. Children running up and down the hallways
