"I was expecting better from extended stay but the staff at Sugarland I don’t think complies with the rules that you have"

How convenient it is to get there

The cleanliness of the property charging for services that they don’t do daily like cleaning or changing your linen, giving you towels paid for room service, but they didn’t want to pick up my towels. I had to go pick up my own towels with a glove and bring them downstairs to the front desk.

Nothing about the room. But the lady at the front desk was very nice. She allowed me to cancel the room after I saw it and gave me a full refund.

The room was in poor repair, torn frayed carpet, broken sink top patched poorly with caulk, rusty tub, tub faucet loose in the wall, backsplash burned, overhead light covers dingy, and brown spots on the pillowcases, bedside tabletops in bad shape, looked like they came from a garage sale. The room had the same layout and furniture as the photos, but looked 30 years older and roughly used.
