The manager will charge you extra if your stay is extended. I did not receive my mail even though it was sent there. The manager Reba got caught. Ask for you itemized receipt so you can see what they are charging. It says the longer you stay the less you pay it's false advertisement. And the corporate office sides with her. They will not fix your issues and they have roaches.

This place is awful, my 1st room had broken work surface, kitchen cabinets looked like they had been repaired with chip board and no handles, the kitchen had no pots, pans ,or utensils no tea or coffee making facilities the bathe was chipped the plug hole and shower head were green and full of limescale the hob was covered in a brown fluff the floors under the bed looked like they had not been clean in months

Nothing its a complete Dump, I would recommend STAYING AWAY from this place I moved to another hotel it was that bad

Everything, the photos on site show reception being full, there is nothing there the kitchen has no pots pans or utensils they sell them to you at reception, it was dirty and had brown fluff all over the hob the freezer was rusted on top the work surface smashed and the shower head was green lights over bed didnt work and one was falling off the wall, even when they swapped the room it was just as bad just didnt have broken kitchen, the floors were dusty under the bed looks like not been cleaned for months

The room the sink was stopped up, toilet didn't flush

I love the location.

I did not like the way people hung outside smoking weed. Some areas around the hotel grounds were not maintained. The carpet in the hallways is dirty.
