Budget friendly

Reached hotel around 10:30PM and front desk and all doors were totally closed. Phone no. Of the property does not seem to be working. Finally after so much struggle found a landline phone and then spoke to them and security/front desk personnel came down to open the door and to do the check in process . Since this is budget friendly stay, I guess that’s why it’s not that clean. Surprisingly this property does not have a trash bin outside the property which is not common in USA. Also while booking I saw that it includes breakfast which is a wrong info. This does not have a breakfast.

The front desk staff was very kind and informative, had no issues with check in or check out!

The room was not very clean, super outdated and cabinets/drawers were all falling apart. It was the last single bed room available so I’m not sure if they are all like that, but it was extremely worn down.

My experience there last night was horrible it was the worst $66 I ever spent

The room was raggedy I called the office I asked another one toilet wasn't working for the sink leaking

Horrible visit, Cheapest listed online in area but Studio Six really cheaper and best deal. Don't book and record any conversations over the phone and in person. You will find it handy when its time to go to court. The owner of the property sats read the fine print. Once you book with a 3rd party this Hotel doesn't authorize your refund. They SHOULD BE CHARGED for False advertisement. NO FREE BREAKFAST NO LOBBY OF FURNITURE NO MEETING ROOM NO POOL (CLOSED DOWN) NO FITNESS CENTER NO IRON NO TV REMOTE(WORKING) NO BLOW DRYER NO TOILETRIES EXCEPT 1ST DAY NO SHOWER TOWELS NO DESK LAMP NO CLOSETS TO HANG CLOTHES NO ICE MACHINES NO SECURITY CAMERAS AND DOORS WORKING (SWIPE CARD NEEDS TO BE RESET SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK, SO YOU HAVE POTENTIAL OF BEING LOCKED OUT AFTER 10P OFFICE CLOSED. OFTEN RESIDENTS LEAVE DOORS THAT WORK OPENED WITH OBJECTS. DOOR BY TRASH STAIRWELL NEVER LOCKS. NOT JUST LIKE HOME ($2/day FOR Entire Visit for clean towels and linen chnges every 3 days. Free is every two weeks....& $40 Pots: $20 a cup, a plate, a bowl, fork & knife). Hotel manager treats customers like crap and the lead housekeeping is on film knew she was being film and still didn't clean room just flush toilet changed towels, one swipe over counter walked out leaving trash in can. Not a safe place for family. Manager mistreats families with kids. Bring you favorite roach spray it will be needed. The condition of the rooms is deplorable. Bring your pump for the asthma attack from dust, Marijuana smoke out in the non-smoking HOTEL, roach droppings and mold from AC units & bathroom ceiling and under kitchen sink. The unnecessary bull the manager puts paying customers through is out of order. Save yourself misery and go somewhere else.

I would like to know why your customer service desk was closed at 7:40 in the morning when people were trying to check out. I have never in all my years of traveling experienced the lobby desk being close without some sort of note saying when they would open again and having an option for you to turn in your keys to check out. It was disappointing to hear employees talking behind the metal window but yet there was no one to assist your clientele.
