Hi there, We checked in today in the afternoon around 3PM just being in the room was not very pleasant,poor lighting, very small desk and too soft mattress…so we went out and decided to find another hotel…we checked out red maple inn and suites at 7:30 PM. When I booked on Expedia the pictures showed it was a big room that was quite misleading.. It was unfortunate room at Red Maple Inn And Suites did not work for us. I will not recommend to anyone… I was quite disappointed ☹️

service was good .but did not get my bill or copy there off and was charged more then what i was quoted. want this looked into asap

Good value for price. Rooms were neat and clean.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The soap bar and shampoo packets were the bare minimum that humanity produces. The tv didn’t work though. Seems like the only tv that worked was in the lobby. The ice machine was out of service as was the pop vending machine. But for the price, this was to be expected.

The power went out well I was there last weekend

Pet friendly, hot water. But there were no working vending machines or snacks and no tea or coffee machines. Everything else not bad for the value.

Due to bad driving conditions I arrived late (11:40 pm). After phoning the number at the front desk the Host arrived and was curtious. He said he'd called me twice but I had no missed calls??? Will have to clarify what number he called.
