- staff not helpful - a door can be opened 7x24... security issue - terrible room, dirty, stuffy, have spider webs, dirty bed cover, carpet - bad smell coming out when we turned on the heater - toilet light not working - luckily, the bed is quite comfortable

-Good location right off hiway. -Price was good. -Bed was comfortable. -Room was clean. -Only two issues with the room, the Table was way too small. Needed to be larger, or install a Desk. And more comfortable chairs to sit in at the table.

Nothing around. Dirty laundry tossed on the side of the building. Beds were awful. Floors were washed with dirty water. Stayed because it was pet friendly. But I would not return.

The stay experience was good and the customer service was good as well.

Not close to downtown like it suggested, run down, front desk guy was rude.

The washroom had a burnt out bulb, exhaust fan in the washroom was not working, main door room lock seemed it’s gonna fall off, both the soap in the washroom were cracked in two. Lobby was much improved than the last visit.

The hotel was dirty, carpets were filthy, halls and stairs smelled of urine.

Great location. This property in Huntsville is a great location for starting fresh a backcountry trip in Algonquin early in the morning. The conditions are decent, but there is room for improvement. The facilities were clean.
