"The room was lovely, but only one coffee for the Keurig & no waters as promised."

We had to pay extra for parking. That should’ve been included in the price of the room.

The management and that I purchased the insurance for my trip through Booking.com and got nothing from it. What a waste of money and being lied to. Just not good business and I was going to stay there on my return home but never now.

"Beautiful hotel only extras are too much."

Breakfast should be included. Most other breakfasts are free. Also the pet fee is too expensive. Most hotels charge $50 not $75.

Lower pet fee. Could have had more healthy options.
