The complimentary breakfast was very small for selections- coffee carafes were all empty- no cream

Was not willing to pay for breakfast at the rate we paid to sleep at the hotel. Convenient to the airport and had a shuttle.

The only reason we booked this hotel was it said pool and hot tub. Which only my wife used for a very short time. The water in the pool was ice cold and very cloudy. The hot tub water had a yellow tinge to it and was scalding hot and only one jet worked. We could have saved over $100 at another hotel that also provided shuttle service and free breakfast. Also the bathroom shampoo and conditioner were empty.

The property was clean and well maintained

It was just like home…. I made my own bed, took out the garbage, cleaned the washroom for the 4 days/nights we were there. No room cleaning at all was offered. We were told when we checked in to come to the front desk the next morning to get our breakfast vouchers. We didn’t make it the first morning but went the second morning, only to be told they weren’t included because we “booked through booking.com”. He was very rude, but reluctantly gave a single breakfast voucher to me for my son.

It was directly across from the air port.

Hair in the bathtub and food on carpet. They charge you to park, even for the nights you stay. They charge $3 for a small bottle of water.

When we arrived around 12:30 p.m. we were told by Hope (desk clerk) that the earliest we might be able to check in would be 2:00 p.m.. However, at 2 p.m. she was not willing to check us in until 3 p.m. and were told we would have to wait until the next desk clerk would be there. In the meantime 4 airline employees arrived and she began to check them in leaving my party and another party waiting and watching as she checked the 4 airline guests into their rooms. You can imagine our anger when we were told initially 2 pm. and were forced to wait another hour after already waiting for 1-1/2 hrs to check in at 2 p.m. Hope also drove the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport and proceeded to expound on how busy she was and how much she had to do. The clerk (a very nice young man) who arrived at 3 p.m. did check us in and he was very friendly and informative, just what you would expect one to be. We also stayed at the hotel the prior Saturday and were dismayed to learn that the desk clerk who came to pick us up at the airport at 12:30 a.m. just left his post at the check-in desk at the hotel to come pick us up. There did not appear to be any security who covered for him while he drove to pick us up from the airport. That does not make one feel very secure because who was there to make sure no one came in the hotel that did not belong there. This to me is a safety problem. As two single women travelling we did not feel that was appropriate. This hotel needs to train or re-train a few front desk employees and review security procedures at this facility.
