Breakfast was very good and the catering staff were excellent. The hotel is located close to the main shopping district which was the attraction however it is a very busy area and travelling both by foot or in car was problematic due to very unruly haphazard and busy traffic. The hotel itself is 3 star and clearly is trying to economise (the coded key cards for guests are being reused to such an extent that they appear grubby and unhygenic. The house keeping staff though polite were clearly not motivated or well trained. I dont think the room was serviced properly before we checked in (the rubbish bin was not cleared, there was a half empty bottle of water, etc). It only requires some minor tweaks to make things better (the shower curtain falls outside the shower area and floods the entire bathroom, all that is needed is to hang it 6 inches inside and there will be no flooding). Overall it offered good value for money but it looks like a tired hotel with poorly motivated staff in need of some investment and better management.

Excellent location, extremely friendly staff, great food, management support to challenged people to hire them and great premises.

Insufficient parking

Comfortable hotel, one of the better hotel breakfasts we had in India.

Facilities are a little dated.
