Location was convenient and property was well-maintained. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked good.

Spacious rooms with pleasing decor.

This might be a co-incidence but is worth mentioning to help others. I had some issues while booking the hotel (the usual ones like card/payment related). I had these issues on 3 instances. Weirdly, I got what's app messages (spam) claiming they are from hotel They were convincing enough as they had booking details and information of what card I used and what card got declined. However, the profiles clearly have the impression of spam accounts. It felt someone from staff was involved as the spam accounts had the information which I wouldn't expect them to have. It might be a coincidence but I had to mention this to make people aware of such instances.

I liked the location - Hazrathganj . The rooms were very comfortable

The Room Door has only a lock on the Knob. This can be opened with the key card. The safety chain was also broken. There is a cyber fraud going on with the bookings of this Hotel. We received a whatsapp message saying that we have to pay an advance or the room reservation will be cancelled and asked the Credit Card Details. We got suspicious and enquired at the hotel. The lady at the Reception said that they are aware that the fraud is going on. I wonder why it is not reported to the cyber police SO BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS

Amazing facilities, a comfy bed and helpful staff made this a wonderful stay! The location is exellent - on a quiet road but within walking distance of the centre of Hazrat Ganj. The room was very comfortable and well-resourced and I felt very at home here. The breakfast was delicious, and the Chinese/Indian grill restaurant on the roof was a lovely treat. I highly recommend staying here if you travel to Lucknow. Thanks to all the staff, especially Prashant, for being very attentive and kind during my stay.

Very stylish, elegant, clean hotel!! Room was spacious, very clean, so was the bathroom, all was stylish, even- posh. Very good breakfasts, restaurant serving also other meals- dinner was delicious. Restaurant staff just awesome, professional, very kind. One thing I would suggest- hey, team at the reception desk, don't show such sad and grumpy faces, smile makes every day a better day!!
