Good location near Hazratganj. Lovely terrace above with restaurant overlooking the city and serving nice fusion of chinese and indian cuisine.

Lack of variety of food for breakfast. Somehow confusing light switches in the room. Not very wellcoming reception staff.

My work was at SGPGI Lucknow hence distance from the hotel was a problem The room tariffs were very high

This is our third time staying at hotel. We always feel really welcomed and staff is really helpful. We love food here and they are very helpful when it comes to our daughter's allergy.

GREAT LOCATION. CLEAN ROOMS. PROMPT HOUSEKEEPING. MOST IMP, REUSABLE 4 LITRES OF DRINKING WATER IN GLASS BOTTLES. MOST HOTELS BELIEVE GUESTS CANNOT FEEL THIRSTY AND SHOULD KEEP ASKING FOR MORE BOTTLES PACKAGED IN PLASTIC, BUT NOT HERE. VERY IMPRESSED

Rooms and washrooms are a little run down, need urgent repairs and an upgrade, they are over two decades old..it felt so Cleanliness needs to improve overall in the hotel, even the steps at the entrance to the hotel were extremely dirty as if not cleaned in months or years Breakfast options in veg and overall are very limited and poor, needs to upgrade
