Good location and food. Comfortable and tidy bed. Giving 6 points although should be less in our case, but our friends haven't encountered the problems we had with our room. So it might be that we were misslucky

Noisy room, after switching off AC there was still nois coming from, most probably, ventilation system. Seems that this was the problem in the wing we've stayed in, as our friends who were on a different floor/wing haven't faced the same problem. The day we arrived the floor wasn't cleaned well, it was sticky, later it was cleaned properly

Excellent location, big sized rooms and great breakfast options. We had an early morning check-out and they packed us a very good breakfast.

The towels can be refreshed as they look quite worn and faded

The decoration and the furniture

Dirty floors, the floor in my room definitely hasn’t been cleaned for days when I checked in. The staff was very slow both at check in and check out.
