"Stay somewhere else unless you want to completely waste your money in one of the worst properties in Shreveport, La."

This was hands down one of the worst stays I’ve ever had in a Marriott property as an AMBASSADOR. I had NO SHOWER HEAD, stove was completely shattered and had loose glass laying on the top. This hotel is run down, disgusting, lacking basic equipment for a stay and truly needs to be stripped of their Marriott affiliation. Lack of compensation for this dismal stay was non-existent and management should be immediately terminated. As the “General Manager” was on the phone gossiping with someone as I checked out and attempted to discuss the problems. The attitudes of the “management” is relative to that of a motel 6 off a random highway in the middle of nowhere USA.

"Seen it’s better days"

This is an old Residence inn. It has been updated somewhat but it is well worn. . Our room was not the cleanest. There were crumbs in the microwave and the coffee cups were dirty. Breakfast was typical and served well. Check in person was very nice. Check out person didn’t even get up off chair to get our receipt. But she did email it The neighborhood is not that safe to walk around anymore.

Location and space. The breakfast was ok I just prefer real eggs (lol). The staff was very friendly and polite will definitely stay again
