The room was clean and comfortable bed. The lady, when checking in, was nice .

They changed my stay 3 times, and I am having a Girl hard time getting my money back. One corrected Through booking.com , the other 2 changes when checking in 2 cards were charged on the same stay.

"Problems at Christmas time"

My husband and I stayed at this hotel two years ago. We were on our way to my daughter's house in TEXAS. We were 6 hours away and our car broke down. The hotel was so nice to let us keep our room until our son in law got there. The room was clean and the people were so nice. We will be staying there again and again, because they didn't have to do what they did. When you have problems like that you need someone to help you and they certainly did that.

No TV for both days. Things happen but biggest issue is that they have NO urgency to correct it. Customers deserve better. Would never stay there again. I’m not one to complain but needs to be said.

"Truly Disgusting!"

Dirty- filthy is a better word. We checked in at approximately 12:30 A.M. in the morning. You would think people would be sleeping, but there was rift raft sitting outside everywhere. When we finally made it to room 117, we were shocked at what we saw. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. The phone was also not working. Needless to say, we left the property after informing the desk employee. He didn’t seem to care at all.

"Good Place to Stay"

Our stay was fine, check in was fast, room was nice, breakfast was ok. The only problem we had was the TV, young man came and reset it but it didn't work but a few minutes, I didn't call him back.
