The staff here were absolutely AMAZING!! So helpful and so friendly!! My friends and I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying here! The young men working offered several time to help with our bags, the sweet ladies at the desk did everything they could to make our stay as smooth as possible, and the sweet lady at breakfast was just precious!!

Size of the room and fantastic price. The room was spotless. The staff was very attentive and very friendly. It was a very comfortable stay and I will certanly stay there again. The hotel was in great shape and we felt secure there.

"Good price and close to our activities"

It was okay, nice to have it in the lobby for a quick start in the morning. I am an early raiser usually by 4:30. Couldn’t get coffee till later.

Sofa was a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Room needed a little more light in the living area . But we would probably stay here again, located to what we needed.

"A horror story"

This place looked great on the outside but absolutely disgusting on the inside from fecal matter to blood my room was gross my bed was stained and room full of miscellaneous hair please think twice before staying in this filth the whole hotel had a pungent odor and was overall a disgusting experience I’d rather sleep in my vehicle for the night because at least it would be cleaner then this

"Great people and rooms, wifi lacks"

Check in was great, the lady was very nice and informative. Room was huge, clean, and well stocked. The only complaint is that there was no wifi information and it must ot be very good because even on the tv system it was painfully slow. Pandora couldn't make it thru a whole song without buffering for minutes at a time. Other than that it and its people are A+.

"Room great, but some issues"

I really hate to criticize since the front desk staff was so nice, the breakfast was wonderful and so was the room. But I booked this hotel as a rare getaway for my wife, and the LED mirror in the bathroom was flashing. Seems minor, but maintenance came in and told me all of them are doing that. It made my wife's life difficult to put on makeup with very little lighting. The front desk told me later that not all the lights were shorted. It would have been nice for maintenance to tell me that so we could have moved to another room. Also, ice machine was out of order. I do expect more from this class of hotel
