The ice machine was out of order: however, Reyna was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Food services representative Reyna was very nice and helpful.

Room issues. When I expressed my concerns, the manager was very dismissive and evasive.

Hotel is outdated, the halls smell rotten and old. The Rooms were just okay, there was sthair on the floor in the corners of the bathroom, the cabinets were sticky in the kitchen, and the remotes did not work. Locks on the door were a bit loose and the fireplace did not work. Blinds and curtains were torn and broken. The staff was very nice and we loved the breakfast lady, she made us feel so welcome. Breakfast lady took care of us and did an accelerated job to make sure we had what we needed.

The suite was well maintained and was very clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was good. The service was excellent in that we inadvertently left a piece of luggage on the curb in the parking lot where we were loading. Within 10 minutes of leaving we received a phone call from the front desk telling us about it. We were able to turn around at that point and retrieve it. Their prompt and thoughtful service was very much appreciated. In fact, due to our experience, we have booked a suite for our return trip to AZ.

The breakfast area was a little small sitting area but overall food was good.

Housekeepers were chatting on our couch when we opened the door. Room obviously wasn't ready or being worked on. Air conditioner wasn't working and after 2 visits to our room, the maintenance man said he'd return with a manager. He never did. Our family of 5 slept in a hot room. Only 3 TV channels had reception. Overall, very run down.

Great place to stay while in Shreveport for a week-long seminar. Clean, comfortable rooms. I enjoyed the mini-suite setup and kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Shout out to Reyna for her kindness and hospitality.
