1. Roaches - had to kill 2 of them 2 Kitchenware has to be asked, employee provides you what she thinks need to be on the room. You have to carry it to your room by yourself, the employees will not help you. 3. I had to call 1-800 number and was offered to do so for the price of 2$ each call, despite stating on their website availability local calls. 4. Breakfast doesn't exist, it is just coffee, creamer and oatmeal. No hot water for oatmeal, by the way. And they do not provide kettle, had to use coffee maker for boiling water. 5. The location is by hwy, you can hear it day and night 6. You can hear your upstairs neighbours walking in their room. Generally, noise protection is poor. 7. Bathroom is dirty.

Found someone else's clothing behind the dresser; roaches in the kitchenette area; non-smoking room with burn marks on bathroom counter. Still waiting on my receipt I requested at checkout...
