Property is close by my job

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable. There was visible mold and roaches throughout the room, multiple holes in the walls, and the shower head appeared to be poorly cleaned and unsanitary. These conditions made the room uncomfortable and unsuitable for a guest stay. In addition, the staff’s behavior was very disappointing. They were rude and showed little concern when these issues were brought to their attention. As a paying guest, I expected a clean, safe, and properly maintained room, along with respectful customer service. I have already contacted corporate to report these concerns, but I have not yet received any follow-up. Due to the unacceptable room conditions and poor service, I am formally requesting a full refund for my stay. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Thank you for your time and attention.

My room did NOT have TWO Queen beds that I booked. I got ONE Queen bed and one noisy foldable sofa bed that was highly inconvenient because one senior and one toddler were in our group. Nothing except coffee or oatmeal for breakfast.

Friendly staff at first, but poor management.

The rooms were all dirty. Smelled bad, bedding and curtains had stains. The sofa pull out was filthy. I asked to change rooms and it was the same. The manager then had an attitude and said they will all be like that. If I didn’t like it I could cancel and find elsewhere so I did.

"I would rate it much higher if it was a bit cheaper personally"

Room was relatively inexpensive, we were away from most people which I like

We saw a total of 3 bugs in one night, there was a weird smell coming from the hallway, and when we did hear people they were pretty loud
