"Won’t stay again "

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Lights didn’t work, dresser missing a knob, noisy neighbors & front desk not answering phone. Service people act like it was an inconvenience to help you. Website outdated. Inside pool wasn’t warm at all. Breakfast buffet wasn’t announced either on website or at lodge. Price fir breakfast buffet was ridiculous for what you got. Again service sucked. Like they couldn’t be bothered to help you. Needs a huge overhaul in staff and cleanliness.

The lodge was fun, the pool was great. The restaurant was so so. I love state park lodging. It was a little expensive for the condition of the lodge.

"Great place for a family getaway !"

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the lodge, celebrating our 38th anniversary, and simply enjoying some "us" time. The lodge is beautiful, spacious, exceptionally well-equipped, and very family-oriented. This is a choice location for family reunions, boating, and fishing; unfortunately, the surrounding area offers little else to enjoy. Be sure to reserve a room with a lake view.

" Great relaxing weekend! "

The toilet seat in our room moved around a lot. the hinges need tightened. We did not mention it to the front desk we weren’t there long enough. At the pool they were out of towels because it was after a holiday weekend. So they gave us extra ones because we used the ones ones from our room at the pool. The indoor pool was closed we could not swim in it. However the hot tub was in for use and it was wonderful. The outdoor pool was extremely nice. Sometimes a little crowded with lots of little kids around.
