It was all good it would be better if there were microwaves in the room

Loved the cottage and the view of the lake from the cottage.

The view is beautiful. We loved the fire place in the lobby and the outdoor fire pits. Pool was very clean. Bar was very welcoming and bar tender was fabulous. All the staff was wonderful. Room was very clean. Only downfall was the room and facility needs upgraded. Peeling wall paper and very old counter tops with stains and chipped paint. But overall we loved it. The good far outweighed the bad.

The property is beautiful and there is a lot to do for all ages. Our only complaint is that there is no children's menu at either the tavern or the restaurant which seems strange as it is such a family centered place. Also the hot water in the rooms was not hot enough.

Excellent customer service at your front desk and maid service. There needs to be updates to rooms.Good spacious rooms.

Beautiful location with beautiful views from multiple patios and food venue.

Property is nice. The staff, not so much. When i made the reservation, I called to see if we could get a late check out. The woman on the phone told me to ask when i check in. Go to check in and ask if we can get a late check out, they told is to check in the morning, they were booked solid and pretty sure we couldn’t get it. We stayed Saturday night because I had a triathlon the next morning. I was asking for a late check out so I could get a shower afterwards. (I explained this to everyone i talked to) We weren’t asking to check out at 4 pm but rather 11:30-12pm. Food was good, BUT getting seated was a chore. My husband and I waited about 10minutes to be greeted. Our room was clean, but you could hear the neighbors. There was a wedding, and you’d hear people stumbling to their rooms all night. Our direct neighbor hated their kids, literal screaming for an hour. We’ll stay somewhere TRI friendly next year.

Our room was nice bedding was great bathroom fan didn’t work well we had terrible cell phone service. The restaurant is nice but service was terrible. I slept well but my son who was there to participate in the Deer Creek did not sleep well doors slamming, loud voices about all night kept him awake. There was lots of door slamming. The lodge is beautiful and well kept. As I was waiting for my son to pick me up on Sunday two elderly ladies who couldn’t seem to walk or see well asked the desk where the restaurant was located the desk clerk just pointed and didn’t offer any assistance. I walked the ladies to the hostess stand

Randomly got a handicapped room, so not a real shower. Room was also next to the pool where children and loudly running in and out of when I was trying to sleep. WiFi did not work in my room.

The resort is fairly remote which is nice, but the food service is very limited. I arrived in the evening after a full day of hiking in the heat. I took a quick shower and then stepped down to the restaurant only to discover that they close at 8. As it was just then 8 pm, I asked for service and was refused. I was told that I could get food in the bar, but in spite of the menu, I was told that only pizza (way overpriced) was available. The bar was also sweltering, but food and drinks are only permitted in the restaurant and bar. Very disappointing.
