Great price and location.

Room not stocked well, one coffee pod, ran out of tissues, no conditioner in shower.

The location is great. Walking distance to Mass.

We were given a handicap room. It didn't have the sitting area that we are accustomed to. Disappointing since we were there with family. Noise next door was a problem in the wee hours of the morning. I called the front desk and he took care of it.

Location was ok and staff was nice.

Room was musty and stank. You could see the water damage on the walls. In the pool area there was black mold all over the walls and in behind and could tell that because there was a hole in the wall and could see it all.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, felt safe for my little family as mother who was there with just her littles.

The pool was freezing and smelled terrible and musty. So sad being my child was so excited about staying in a place with a pool.

The reservation was cancelled on us at 8:00 PM during a snow storm. We did not have another local hotel to go to

Room 273 needs some repairs to the wall near room air conditioning unit.

This property is not clean!!!

Spider webs on the ceiling and in the bathroom, room smells like smoke!!!

Comfortable bed.

We booked here specifically for the river view - our room though had very disgusting dirty windows, greatly distracting from the view. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years.
