Staff was exceptional and breakfast was excellent

Pool was closed, windows were dirty, sofa/bed for 5th guest was not comfortable

Got a little hot but the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. The down fall would be if you have never been here it’s pretty confusing on how to get here. Now I know though. Staff very friendly.

I had really bad luck with another hotel and I had to book this one at the last minute. I called the next morning to see if I could come check in early, she said no problem, no charge, you’ve been through enough, we have a room ready. When I tell you Nya made my experience so great. She was so professional, kind, helpful and empathetic to my family. This was beautiful property right off a body of water, clean, quiet and comfy. Nice amenities. We swam too and that was great as well. I hope to come back soon!

We arrived at 230 PM for a 3 PM check in. By 430 PM we were still sitting in the lobby waiting for our room. Front desk staff was unhelpful and had no information as to when we would have a room. We left and stayed at a wonderful hotel!

Very outdated

it was a good location for what we needed. the wedding and meals were all very close. For what I did not like about the room and the cost, the breakfast was great and the staff were super nice.

its an old building, not in the charming way. its an old outlet mall converted to a hotel. it was the strangest entry ever, not really marked as a main entrance, not what you would expect of a typical hotel entrance. The cost for the room for what we got was pretty insane. small room, $710 for two nights in Lawrence KS.
