"Exceptional customer service"

I had the very best service from the beginning to the end. Carrie was very helpful and nice while checking me and my family. The next morning, Jack assisted my dad with making hot coco, lastly, Anne assisted us with taking family pictures before we departed. My over stay was exceptional, and the staff I encountered went beyond their way to make sure we were taken care of.

"GREAT STAY"

This was a clean hotel and had decorations out for the holidays. They had a very friendly front desk staff! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the Lawerence, Kansas area. Very clean rooms as well!!!!!! Very close to downtown within walking distance.

"Wow, hidden gem! Riverview room."

hidden gem. When we pulled up I was this is not your ordinary hotel. I believe it to be one of the best conversions I have seen. Hidden inside is a wonderful lux experience. You walk into the third floor expanded lounge and entry with breakfast overlooking river. Down to our huge room also overlooking the river. They have meeting rooms etc. Worth checking out this hidden big city feel in a relative small town. Really great wish we could have stayed longer! Till next time Springhill......till next time.
