Excellent location. Excellent beds. Very helpful and engaging staff. It had the basic necessities we needed ( Refrigerator--coffee machine.

The hotel is pretty basic. The room was sparse with thrift store quality furniture and art so there wasn't much of a vibe to the place.

No mirror in bedroom for use of bathroom occupied. Cavernous feel and loud hallways, room temp control not responsive. Shower mediocre, bed also mediocre

"Peaceful and lovely."

The staff were amazing and so helpful from the start. It was VERY clean! Easy to navigate the property. Once parked in the gated parking it was very easy to get luggage inside to the elevator.

Nothing negative to say! I will be staying here anytime I am in New Orleans.
