"Friendly & Convenient Homebase in FQ!"

"Bathroom needs some rethinking to avoid flooding the floor!"

Nice location.

The fridge in the bathroom was too noisy and was generating a lot of heat. The extractor in the bathroom kept turning off if no movement was detected which was frustrating when showering. Also the shower curtain did not extend properly to the shower base causing flooding to the bathroom floor that was unavoidable.

"Dingy dark and very poor basic room expensive for what it was wouldn’t recommend"

Location and WiFi

Apart from location and good WiFi the hotel was poor. The front doors mats and lift mats were dirty on arrival and didn’t get vacuumed when we stayed - it made the place feel a bit grubby and the pool area was dirty with broken furniture not a pleasant place to sit and no drinks available. Biggest issue was the room appointment- we have never stated in such a basic room no chair no sockets on bed wall only 2 for whole room no mirror one lamp - very poor indeed and what little furniture that was there was tired and damaged. We were very disappointed in our stay and we paid more for the hotel than other options believing it to be a higher standard - the walls were thin and whole hotel was dark and quite dingy. I would never recommend you to anyone

We've been here a few times, absolutely love it here! I've been going to New Orleans since 1989. I've stayed in so many places all over the french quarter even one place over in the CBD. But this place does it for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Becky. She has worked here for a long time and very friendly and helpful. Love the location!
