The location

Beds have old mattresses that dip in the middle, bath room shower flooded the whole bathroom it’s a handicap room guess the floor must be slanted cause we had to have towels on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom , remote for tv did not work properly and channel selection was poor. Hotel rooms need to be upgraded then it would be a perfect place to stay! Next visit I will go to the Aquarius ! Can’t wait to go back to Laughlin! Love it there!

The TV remote wasn't working due to bad batteries, house keeping brought another remote, without checking it, it needed new batteries, so finally on the third try, they brought one with batteries..then in the shower, the shampoo bottle was empty, had to wash hair with shower gel..these are not big problems, but very avoidable if house keeping would just check them..alot of the gaming machines are either broken, or just won't take cash, you have to cash out from another machine to get a ticket to play the machine you really want to play..in short, the whole place needs an overhaul, and some updating..it's showing its age!!
