Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note: An additional fee of $15.00 will be charged for early check-in before 3:00 pm Below is the list of Resort Fee Inclusions for Edgewater:- Free Membership in True Rewards for guests 21 years of age and over - Free Parking - Coffee makers and coffee in all rooms - Bottled water in all rooms - Pool and spa - Fitness Center access - Free local and toll free calls Groups of 10 rooms or more must call Group Sales to book A valid credit card must be presented upon check in and authorized to cover additional room nights, resort fee, tax, and, incidentals. An additional security deposit of $75per day ($300 maximum per stay) will be authorized at the time of check-in to cover incidentals. The security deposit is refundable upon checkout and satisfactory room inspection.
