Rooms were clean

Very loud noise from mechanical room area on 3rd floor low number end. Vibrating the floor and heard from behind closed doors

The staff was very accommodating.

The room had a office chair, were all the material were peeling or peeled off. This was very unsightly, and uncomfortable.

Nothing

I didn’t stay here because of how rude the lady at the front desk was and how demanding and disrespectful she was

The blonde lady that works the afternoon shift with the pretty eyelashes was really sweet and understanding. We didnt have a good first impression of each other due to an issue with housekeeping but we talked it out and apologized when I checked out. Also the younger young lady that checked me in.

Older Hispanic lady from Housekeeping is EXTREMELY rude and blatantly lied to the hotel manager about me and my kids and accused us of something not true which almost led to us being kicked out. Same old hispanic lady knocked on my door when I had the DND sign on my handle. The whole housekeeping staff was not friendly, never smiled at us or spoke. They also played their music on their phones loud as hell in the hallways. The room was also not the cleanest, The sink drains and under the lip of the sink are disgusting and have not been cleaned in awhile. The couches should be steam cleaned as we found "stains" on the couch.
