Noise! Walls were transparent to noise. My 2 neighbors had tvs so loud I could hear both of them clearly... Neighbor on one side had it on loud all night so I had to call desk at 3 am. Then at 6 am, neighbor has children screaming, and yap dogs barking....voices in hall, barking dogs in hall....horrible night's rest and I DO stay in hotels 20 or more nights a year....I can deal with some noise, but his was far in excess of what I encountered before....also, the dogs barking.....I am paying $150 to stay at a hotel, not a kennel full of barking dogs. Really poor experience, and I complained at desk.

For one night there was not enough time to judge likes or dislikes.

The property is clean and neat.

We have stayed here several times and never had any issues but this time was different. I found bugs in my bed. We were given another room at 1:00 in the morning. We had to move everything to another room. Needless to say we got no sleep. The receptionist was very nice. She said the only thing she could do was give us another room. She told me that the manager would be contacting me and they haven’t yet. We checked out this morning and are back home and still no word from the manager. If the bugs are in one place they are more than likely in another place in there. We WILL NOT be staying there again
