Location

Breakfast was slacking. Shower had very little pressure and when we asked to move so 5 yr old could shower, we were told no. Bathroom door was falling apart.

There were no plain nor chocolate milk. Should have a choice of chocolate or plain milk. Need bacon or sausage and pancakes

i never ate.

the receptionist at the front desk. WORST customer service EVER. she ALWAYS made me feel like i was interrupting her. during my first attempt to check in, she was on her personal cell phone talking to her sister, and had the rudest greeting ever and ever negative aspect (regarding extra cost) she said “matter-of-fact” tone. as if she was meaning (stay or don’t stay, i don’t care.)
