I’m like nothing I got here. It was late. I worked all day only for them to give me my key to my room. I’ll go up there. There’s a man in my room. They had given my room out to somebody else and had no idea who he was or how they did that so I asked well. Can you just move me to another room? They have no other rooms are all booked up and there’s nothing else in town. Everything is booked up. I said what am I supposed to do drive here it is at 10 o’clock at night drive 300 miles back. That’s kind of dangerous in this area so she goes. Oh she has one room all of a sudden is somebody left early she goes in there straighten up and put me in that room. What else am I supposed to do? It’s late I’m tired and I don’t feel safe by driving.

The breakfast was nice and warm. Love the coffee. We had a very nice and enjoyable time in Eagle Pass but we also had a peace of mind because we knew we we had a room ready for us when we arrived. Thank you so much.

However, I was disappointed that the handicap room did not have a handicap chair for the shower. I went I asked for one but was told they had none. I would have expected better since I did reserve the room some two or three weeks prior to the date.

The room did not even have a microwave as I entered the gas services there was no one up in the front it took almost about 30 minutes and other stuff had to find someone to assist me they couldn't even find my booking when I arrived the room was dirty it's not like sewer no one even came to see if they wanted my room clean for the next day unhappy with overall service ask for towels and never came to my room I'm happy overall and would like a refund or how you can call me for an unsatisfied staying and unsafe cuz I have other people were just slamming doors so I was not happy with my state definitely will not be staying at this facility again
