Quality Inn Palm Bay - Melbourne I-95

3rd time here spot on as usual

Don’t be fooled by the clean looking exterior. This place is very dismal. The furniture is old and the carpeting is outdated, torn and the entire hotel smells like a strong disinfectant. We asked to change rooms due to the strong smell which they accommodated but the 2nd room smelled the same. The carpet under the AC unit was wet. I would never recommend this hotel or ever stay here again. This hotel needs a complete overhaul!!

This hotel is disgusting and not worth the price. Rooms are out dated and dirty. House keeping is terrible. Hotel doesn’t help or accommodate for certain circumstances. I specifically asked for housekeeping to take care of our room. They showed up while we were still sleeping. I asked them to give us an hour she said okay and never showed back up. I was offered fresh towels to take care of the issue. The breakfast is less than adequate. It is the same meal every day dry with no flavor. Do not expect good service at a crappy Choice Hotel. I strongly suggest guests do not stay here and find something else. Even if it’s only $10 more!

This was not our first choice of hotel in the area but everything was booked and it was the next best choice. Well, it will no longer be an option as, cockroaches in the room is a big no, no for us. When entering the room there was a strong smell of some sort of cleaner/disinfectant. The vanity sink had a bad odor and there had clearly been some sort of water leak from the room above, as there is a water stain on the ceiling. Other things: AC not working properly Lamp base on nightstand not cleaned properly Floor sticky & slippery Bed was uncomfortable Pillows not uncomfortable This hotel needs some extermination, maintenance, and deep cleaning. We travel to the area quite frequently but we will never stay here again.
