We travel a lot and IHG is one of our go tos. Tried this Staybridge and it is one of the nicest hotels. Very clean, great staff, super nice suite. They had a social journey that smelled delicious but we had dinner reservations. Breakfast was very good and huge selection. We liked it so much we booked be for the next night in a different city on our trip.

"It was ok I would stay there again"

The location was good for us . everything was within 20 miles

No soap no complimentary sanitary napkins.. didn't get a welcome bag . fridge leaked if u turned ice maker on house keeper could give us towels had to go to front desk breakfast could be better.

"My stay at StaySuites Ballantyne"

From the front Manager, Danette, that will go above and beyond to make your stay amazing, To BJ, guest services, that will make you smile and dance, to the dining room attendant, Ms. Patricia, that should walk around with a crown, cause I have stayed in lots of places, and have rarely seen such professionalism, kindness, and dedication to keeping her area clean and fully stocked. WOW!!!! And the whole staff at StaySuites Ballantyne, theirs is no other place I would stay or want to stay, when having my family, or myself need accommodations in Ballantyne or surrounding area. Truly a 5-star place and experience, and the location could not be better either. Thankyou Staff, KUDOS TO YOU!

"Excellent and will stay there again."

The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and fresh selections.

Not the hotels fault, but there were several youth groups in the hotel Friday and Saturday and they were running the hallways as late as midnight both evenings.
