"It was a nice stay overall I was just unhappy about the pill in the ground and the oversight of housekeeping"

I like the amenities but the hot tub was closed

Our room wasn’t clean. There was a pill on the floor that my kids got into and it could have been tragic

Location was off of the highway. Restaurants nearby. Easy access to other parts of Charlotte. Loved the kitchenette!

Stairwell was dirty. It was brought to the attention of staff.

Fresh !!! Should offer eggs omelettes or scrambled with no cheese options as well!! Many people are lactose intolerant!!! So plain hot eggs would be nice to offer! Also should offer gluten free options such as cereal or gluten free oatmeal!! Easy to find these days!! Not expensive at all !! Also would be nice to add hashbrowns and or grits!! Thanks for asking

I did eat breakfast this time, but from the past visits - never liked the eggs - it would be like to have an omelette -

The breakfast was amazing and I love the location and everything was closed by and I didn’t have to travel very far.

The bathroom door and the toilet was very closed to each other, and order for me to closed the door I had to turned side ways when I was on the toliet and I’m only 157 pounds.
