"Like being home for the holidays"

From the minute we pulled up, we sensed this was a special hotel—smiling, helpful staff, immaculate, well appointed rooms, professionally displayed (and tasty) breakfast, and a lobby and patio tastefully decorated for Christmas (including glowing fireplaces in both gathering areas). We booked our next stay before departing. Thank you for a great stay!

"Never again!"

I will never advocate/patronize, or use these establishment again. My family was awaken twice between 1 am and 6 am because of a fire alarm that appeared to be a result of a faulty sensor per feedback given (yeap, stood in the cold while this establishment figured it out). Yes, safety first, but at what point do you demonstrate a gesture of apology for the inconvenience. Additionally, the receptionist advised that she would contact the manager and adjust my rate for military on orders. Nope, that didn't happen either (truth in lending, i didnt check the box for business/military orders when I first made my reservation, but receptionists are at the counter for a reason, to assist). Two stars for the facility (actually good facility, good location, and good breakfast) and minus three stars for the substandard response and lack of good customer service, honesty, and empathy.

"Lovely atmosphere."

The room was cold so I didn't sleep well the first night. After everything warmed up the second night I rested well. Disappointed tub drain wouldn't hold water - no baths. Shower & linens were more than adequate. Breakfast was just ok. Food was not hot enough for my tastes. All staff were very friendly. Would visit again.
