Plaza Beach Hotel - Beachfront Resort

I have been here since November and it is now January. I love all the staff they are amazing the property is clean and the access to the beach is great. Aaron has helped me tremendously with all my needs he’s amazing. Tanner has accommodated me with everything I could need. Cherish her bubbly personality always puts me in an excellent mood. There is another woman with red hair she always helps me at night at the front when I need something I can’t remember her name. I would give this place a 10/10 any time they don’t treat you like guests here they treat you like family. I have really been enjoying my stay and I would recommended them to anyone. Service really matters to me and they have the best staff I have stayed at Hiltons, Embassy Suites, Resorts and this has by far been the best service I have received in a long time.

Liam is awesome. Helped us get internet to work. He is a keeper. Give him a raise . Kyleigh was also awesome by sending Liam on a mission to help old people.

My experience at The Plaza Beach Resorts was fantastic. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is warm, fun, and very family-friendly. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. Aaron, the hotel manager, was outstanding—professional, kind, and informative. He explained the history of the hotel, which added a special touch to our stay. The lobby and room décor were beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were very, very clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Housekeeping staff were friendly and easy to reach. The front desk team went above and beyond by helping me plan a trip downtown. The hotel offers plenty of games and entertainment for both adults and children, including fun lobby games where you can play, drink, and relax with friends. You will never be bored here. I had so much fun and truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, entertainment, and excellent service.

From the moment we checked in till we left the hotel staff were amazing and friendly. Made you feel like family. We loved the 50's decor, so much to look at. Property was clean and well cared for. We were scheduled to go to Jamaica but our trip was cancelled because the hurricane ruined our hotel. We booked our trip to the Plaza Beach Resort and I can honestly say coming here was so much better. Now we can vacation 3x a year for less then one all inclusive to Jamaica. I absolutely loved this place and will be back. The free happy hour 4-5 in the lobby, Best bartender Chris at the tiki bar and private beach were bonuses.

The atmosphere was awesome. People were friendly it was the perfect spot right on the beach. It was beautiful and very relaxing. and love the retro atmosphere.

Easy process for checking in and answers of any kind. Phone call to confirm prior to arrival was a nice touch with updated text messages for important information during my stay. Option of early arrival is a plus also. Cute, clean, spacious room (suite/kitchen area too) with plenty of area to spread out if you have extra people staying with you. All the dishes and appliances you could need. An assortment of pillows if you need softer or firmer and the bed was perfect for me. I stayed a Friday to Sunday, and it seemed quiet and non-disruptive for my early to bed and early to rise schedule. I was in town briefly for a weekend conference and had very little time to do any sightseeing or playing, but I did get a couple quick walks on the beach in the morning before 8 am. The beach is beautiful and clean; the access was so close for a quick or a long walk. I only wish I had time for a drink at the cabana or a game of volleyball right outside the hotel! Everyone in the front office was polite and fun; I had a great time joking with them and able to be myself. Keep in mind if you do go, the office is only open from 8 am - 10 pm so if you're an early riser, you'll have to scout out another place to get your coffee before 8am! (or buy some for your room's coffee maker) I chose to buy a couple drinks from the lobby for my room and that worked out fine. There are some frozen food items available too if you need a quick breakfast. Thank you to Aaron for going above and beyond to get my reservation in with a fairly short time frame, along with two other colleagues in other rooms. Effortless! I also want to mention the other front desk/lobby employees that were very gracious and great to talk to. Offering suggestions and helping with every question. Tanner, Breanna and Liam were all smiling and courteous. I had several interactions with all 4 of them in that short amount of time. Wish I could comment on the daily happy hour, the outdoor bar and pool, the provided parking passes and wrist bands for each of the 3 properties and the evening atmosphere of the area, but sadly I was working or sleeping! Next time, I will be sure there is more time for play. I would stay here again for sure.

The view was really great from our room. The pool was a good size and location too.

The in-room air conditioner was one of the loudest I have ever encountered. I think spending money on upgrading these should be a priority for the comfort of your guests.
