Staff was friendly. Was clean. Close to our son.

Checked at the desk first morning of our stay to ask about clean towels and were told that they clean your room every day and put in fresh towels. Room was never cleaned and had to go to front desk every night for fresh towels. Which I don't mind if that is their policy, but if they state that they clean the rooms and put in fresh towels they should!!

The hotel itself was all right. I’m strongly complaining the lady who works for the breakfast area. She came to greet my co-worker friendly but me. When I paid her for the breakfast she was ASKING me for the tips. I was so surprised that she was there just collecting the money, she didn’t even serve us in anyway, plus she was rude to me. Why she asked for the tips. Anyway I left her $2. I don’t see her happy face at all. Did I owe her big tips??? I went to front desk and talked with the person to make sure that the tip is not required. The gentleman told me it’s up to us. I think she’s got a very bad reputation for your business. I’m not going back to your place again.

The price was great because we needed two separate rooms for our family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't get to swim but that was something that attracted us to that location as well. Close to stores and restaurants.

Mattresses were fine but not great. The decor was pretty dated. Breakfast was fine but served on Styrofoam plates and was not included with the room price. It was about $7 per person and $4 for a small child. If you are looking for a luxurious experience this is not the place for you but it was just fine for us to use to sleep at night after being out all day.
