The location, the Staff, and the accessibility.

The bathroom—the shower poured out onto my bathroom floor causing a huge puddles, the coffee pot wasn’t plugged in and it caused me to have to pull the dust out from the wall to see that and then to pull up a plug unit where I could disconnect the microwave to plug in the coffee pot to make coffee

All three rooms were nicely decorated - looked like there would've been a great breakfast for $7.00 unfortunately we did not stay and get to enjoy this hotel

We tried 3 different rooms and each room the AC was not working it was blowing air but it wasn't cold - it was over 90 degrees outside and the room was 82 degrees it was colder in the hallway than in the room. We did not stay the night at this hotel - we booked another room at another hotel. Very Unacceptable.
