Exton Hotel and Conference Center

Nothing— In hotel booking it stated breakfast was included. However on arrival, the basic yogurt, eggs, hash browns and sausage links was the only available breakfast for a price of 7$ US, The eggs were liquid and food looked 2 days old. When I asked if I can have a banana or fruit they told me they don’t have that, when I asked to purchase just a yogurt for my diabetes they told me no, I needed to pay 7$ for the breakfast to have a yogurt. If your going to charge for breakfast, have an actual breakfast buffet, this exact breakfast is provided at every Hampton inn, holiday inn or similar hotel for FREE with your stay with 3x more selection.

Upon arrival, we checked in hotel floors smell of mold and cigarettes. Bathroom tubs appeared to have mold, showers not working in 3 of our 10 rooms booked. When one of the kids (18) when to ask for assistance they lady at the front desk told him to fuck off. Through the evening the kids purchased coins to play with their pool table. After about 45 mins they were asked to leave out of nowhere and why asked why, the bartender said it’s my bar and because I don’t like you. Proceeded to call the children “coons” The boys being ages 11-13 went outside in the back to throw a ball instead of running around the lobby or hallways interrupting guests. The bartender then proceeded to lock them out of the building by placing some kind of restraint around the doors. When the kids tried getting back in he stood there and ignored them holding the doors shut. At 9:30 pm Parents had to walk around the entire building to locate them and bring them inside safely Day 2, a water bottle spilled on the bed. Wetting the sheets. I went to the front desk asking for replacement sheets or blanket and they indicated they don’t have laundry and I cannot get different sheets or pillows. Staff was extremely rude. Swore at our children. And when asked to speak with a manager the woman as the front desk said no. I don’t care. I asked why my children who are minors were locked out of the building she indicated that they should have been in bed.

Location and cleanliness.

Refrigerator in the room made noises and froze the food that I put in there. The shower head had to be hand held because of the way it was connected to the wall. Not practical to use in a handicap bathroom.

Dirty, dated, first room tv and refrigerator did not work, had to change rooms. Sketchy people staying here

The American independence theme is excellent The room was large and had a great bed

The front staff were not friendly The Ask Questions section said no deposit-had a deposit. It was small but still not accurate Advertised as having breakfast-only available Sun-Wed. Costs $6.95 on those days Hall way has a strong gas smell Grounds with a lot of litter

We have been coming here for months. We love it! It's a great place to stay and very affordable. Which is the greatest part of it all. The staff is great.
