Loved having a Jacuzzi in room at a fair price! Clean facility -- easy access to get around. Plenty of shopping/food places within 10 min.

Breakfast buffet food is cool, not hot, need to take to room to warm up. Beds are firm/hard (some may like -- for us like a brick)

Good hotel near the airport at a good price.

I stayed there twice. The first time I got a room on the second floor that was in need of some renovation. The second time I got a spacious room on the first floor that was fresh and comfortable. What is not stated when booking is that you have to order a transfer from the hotel. I waited but no car came and the taxi didn't want to make such a short drive. The solution was to sneak on the bus to the Hilton which is next door.

"Clean Rooms, Shuttle Service Unreliable"

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I indicated that I would need a ride to the airport using the shuttle service. The shuttle was 23 minutes late. They were out buying groceries for the next day's breakfast. This is something that should be taken care of the the night before, not when they have guests expecting a ride. If my flight had been earlier, I would have missed it. There were 2 other guests who waited for over an hour for the shuttle and ended up calling for an Uber.

"You get what you pay for"

While the room was clean and the staff friendly, the site indicated a restaraunt which is no longer there. Breakfast was okay. I indicated that i needed a shuttle ride to the airport at 11am. The shuttle was 23 minutes late. They had stopped to buy milk and bread for next days breakfast. Something they should plan on the night before. I was lucky my flight was later, otherwise I would have missed it. A staff member apologized over and over. I spoke to another guest who had been waiting for the shuttle for over an hour. He mentioned its under new ownership but hes never going back. He ended up with an uber driver. The staff seems new to the hospitality industry. Stay for the price and clean rooms. But dont count on making your flight with the shuttle offering.
