Cristian (Front Desk) , Ernel (Bellman)and Alex (Valet) were awesome! Friendly and helpful with personality plus! Shout to Ernel and Christian for superlative service! Room was excellent, morning coffee delicious, and directions or questions answered with old New Orleans charm!

I would not stay here again. I have trouble believing the staff was not aware of the inoperable shower. Water pressure in sink was ok but no hot water suggesting the boiler was insufficient for guests bathing in the early am. I was given a partial refund but really wanted a shower

"The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned in between stays resulting in bug infestations that damages my face and skin."

There was nothing I liked about this property.

Upon arrival our first room smelled like mildew, the property switched our rooms. The second room had bed bugs which bit me on my arms legs face and neck. Though the property switched our rooms once notified the damage had already been done. As the bites and scars on my body are irreversible.
