⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Hilton St. Charles was the perfect home base for our wedding weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile at check-in from Tori, instantly making us feel welcome. Our rooms were spacious, ready, and beautifully comfortable. Cris, the Convention Services Manager, was nothing short of phenomenal. She was attentive, proactive, and went above and beyond to meet every single need, want, and desire — not just for us, but for all of our wedding guests. Her dedication and hospitality made everyone feel truly cared for. The housekeeping team also did an outstanding job, keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of New Orleans, making it easy for everyone to explore and enjoy the city. If you’re hosting an event or just visiting NOLA, the Hilton St. Charles is a top-notch choice that delivers on comfort, service, and location.

"OUTSTANDING IN EVERY ASPECT"

I had a two day event planned and the two ladies I worked with went so far above and beyond. I had a block of 25 rooms and my guest raved about how amazing the rooms are. We had a catered breakfast, which was wonderful. I cant recommend this hotel enough. You will not be disappointed

Great hotel located very central to everything you want to do while visiting, with amazing customer service. Christian got me checked in, was super friendly and helpful. As a first timer to New Orleans, he ensured that I knew all the spots to go to, and not just the tourist traps.
