Terrible experience at Casa Marina. Erika and her reception team provided very poor service and clearly need customer service training. The food was awful, the staff attention was disappointing, and at check-in they seemed focused on finding ways to charge extra money. I traveled from the U.S. only to find a property in poor condition and a very disappointing experience. Not recommended.
