Casa Marina Sosua, Trademark by Wyndham All Inclusive

Es un hotel muy bello, tiene una vista preciosa en las piscinas infinitas, la comida es muy buena y la atención es bastante agradable.

No tiene mucha variedad en el buffet, el hotel es muy pequeño, en esta estadía (1-4 de mayo) fue feriado y llegaron muchas personas lo cual se sentía el hotel muy cargado, una lata de sardinas. Creo que deberían ampliar más sus áreas para la cantidad de personas que van al hotel. Aparte de, este hotel es más como para relajarse, la disco cierra a la 1 a. m. y después de ahí todo está cerrado, el hotel está muerto prácticamente. Si buscas fiesta y diversión all day, este hotel no es para ti.

First time at this resort and it was really good!!!, still raining peoples that work there try to make you happy, room clean every day, drinks and food really good but the best is the animations team with the activities around the pool and also at night time with the show time and after calypso disco. Special thanks to Amaury(chihuahua) the best person there, we will back for sure. See you soon chihuahua and everybody.

Our experience at Casa Marina was great. The hotel itself is a bit older but the pool and pool activities make it awesome. Luz was amazing! She always had games for us to play.

I liked how clean it was kept and the amenities it offered. The bartender by the pool right over the ocean named Hugo was amazing and made my stay pleasant. He was very attentive.

The waiters Captain named David is very rude and disrespectful. He made my stay uncomfortable when he was at the buffet or at the restaurants.

Im usually not negative but Went with 2 Freinds both with disabilities. Asked to stay together on 1st floor. Room was ready for my girlfriend and I. My Freinds room at 3pm. It was at the other side of the resort on the 3rd floor. I told them the problem and that our room smelled of mold. Also that my TV didn't work and the phone didn't have a jack. Unusable. We want different room. Worst part is trying to explain to employees who speak no English. Come back tomorrow at 3. Went back 3 days in row. Got sick of it and gave up. TV kept quitting. Again no English. Two days before leaving I got diarrhea. Lasted for more than a week. Last thing before leaving I get my pants and carry on bag from the closet and they were loaded with mold. Arrivedat airport. Went to get our boarding ticket. The girl is about to give them to us and tells us to move back out of line she had to contact her supervisor to confirm our seats. Go through Customs and they were actually waiting for us. Took my girlfriend aside to count her money. Departure was closing in. I asked how long they'll be. She tells me we can stay overnight or leave. I said we'll stay with her. There was no reason for all this to happen. I'm getting a little disturbed the plane just about to leave. I asked who's paying for this. She's said that's up to you. So I informed her I would be calling the Canadian Consolite. Less than 2 minutes and they were rushing us to the plane. All in all its the worst vacation ever

We loved our stay at the hotel, there was really great entertainment for the kids led by Luz. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel has clearly been renovated. The ambiance is good, there is a lot of people, but enough chairs for everyone to sit at the pool. The beach is beautiful, the buffet is open and has a waterfront view, the food is as good as it can get for resort food (the food is also not bad at the restaurants). We loved that the resort is right on the street, we were able to go to a small supermarket just to get some snacks for the kids, it was nice to see the city. We would definitely recommend.
