Nice hotel, breakfast is a joke but everything else was as expected

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was minimal. The took them 30 days to give me back my deposit! It was so quiet, was able to sleep well! W and

The shower was hot, and the location was very close to where we wanted to be.

When we first arrived, they had our booking completely messed up. I, and my son, both booked our rooms through Booking.com separately. They initially had both rooms charged to my son, gave him the wrong room and kept changing the charges on both of our cards. We were told they couldn't fix it until Monday (it was Saturday). Said we had to talk to the manager. Never spoke to the manager, as far as we knew, but apparently the guy that told us that WAS the manager. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fireplace did not work and the staff seemed to not be interested in any complaints. The sconces next to the be were way to high. You had to get out, or at least completely sit up near the head of the bed just to turn them on or off. They did not keep the breakfast items stocked and most of the week, we did not eat breakfast there. Overall, not happy, and will not be staying there again.

I dont like that they did not return my 100 dollar deposit both times i stayed!

The location was well placed close to some restaurants and stores

The night I got in to check in was a nightmare they gave me the wrong room at first which later found out was because a relative of mine had also booked there for the same nights but instead of reading the bookings and checking the booking codes they just put both under my name then wanted me to pay for both rooms eventually I got that cleared up got the room I booked but was suppose to talk to a manger about some form of compensation for the headache but any time I went to talk to on me I was told they weren't on that shift only to find out later one of the times I spoke to the front desk worker that it was the manager and they just didn't want to deal with it I was there for 7 nights and asked for room service and housekeeping on the second day to refresh towels and change bedding they didn't do it till the 6th night even though I asked multiple times overall review 2/10 only thing that gives it a 2 was location and even then its right next to the interstate so some nights are really loud and its hard to sleep
