Caโ€™zayiah was very friendly and had great customer service . There was lots of room in our junior suite and clean

"Not greatโ€ฆ"

Iโ€™ll start by saying the staff were wonderfulโ€ฆ That being said the room was horrible. We were stuck in a room under the gym, people working out at 4:00 am dropping weights and running on treadmills. The toilet was loose and moved around, no garbage can in the room (the site ran out of cans?). The water pressure in the shower was so high it blew water all over the room (!) like bathing in a hurricane, and to top it off there isnโ€™t enough parking. After paying $14 a day for a permit there wasnโ€™t any place to park. Oh yeah, and we never got our cookie (lol). Iโ€™ve had similar issues with other Double Tree sights in the past, I think weโ€™re done, no more Double Tree stays for us.
