The room they gave me was not the room I paid for; they didn’t accomodate us, we were cramped, and they didn’t make the room when we requested the room cleaned, they ran out of milk at breakfast.

Very impressed with the overall of the room, very clean, comfortable and very modern. Very good location to stay if going to the Rainbow Ryders. The proximity is incredible, only 5 mins walk.Traveled to enjoy a night before my activity in the hot air balloon. The international breakfast was very good with many choices. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

It was a little pricey for that type of property. I would say it should’ve been 1/3 the price for that place! Plus they overcharged my card by $50 of what I was quoted. The front desk guy was not a friendly person, he didn’t even tell me which direction the room/elevators were. I hope they give me my refund!

Hotel was Excellent...

I booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch...when we got to our room it only had 1 queen bed and a pullout couch...when we went together a different room the front t desk informed us that all the rooms were taken and we had to make it work...very unhappy...
