The staff was kind and the lobby was clean

It was unclean. The bathroom towels and bed sheets had stains all over, very unclean feeling

The room was not fully cleaned and there was a lot of damage. Floors had debris and were unwashed. The bathroom was not fully cleaned. There were leaks in the ceiling from the shower pipe and the room above. It was not updated at all which is fine but there was a lot of damage to the room.

Great location

First room the TV didn't work that moved to a different room and the floors were disgusting. Not clean at all.

Upstairs neighbors were making loud noise all night, the “breakfast” was only cereal and chewy granola bars, the orange juice was brown.
